D.S. has over 9 years of experience in the banking sector and experience in the
implementation of the grant financing project of the Ministry of Education and Science of
the Republic of Kazakhstan (GF AP05131314 «Formation of effective models of financing
knowledge-intensive industries in the Republic of Kazakhstan»), is a participant in the
implementation of the project for automating the calculation of reserves in accordance with
international standards IFRS 9 in the process of working in the SO JSC Bank VTB
(Kazakhstan), took an active participation in international scientific and practical
conferences: 13th European Conference on Innovation and Entrepreneurship (Аveiro, Portugal)
September 20-21, 2018, International Conference the 32nd International Business Information
Management Association Conference «Vision 2020: Sustainable Economic Development and
Application of Innovation Management from Regional expansion to Global Growth», (Seville,
Spain), November 15-16, 2018, the 13th International Management Conference «Management
Strategies for High Performance», November (Bucharest, Romania). She has completed a
scientific internship at the Department of Mechanical, Energy and Management Engineering,
University of Calabria (Italy, Rende). She is a recipient of a grant from the Soros
Foundation-Kazakhstan for the implementation of the Big Data in Education 2020 Project.
